Returns
We accept returns on most unopened, unused items in their original condition. If you’d like to start a return, please contact us first so we can guide you through the process and provide any necessary instructions.

For hygienic reasons, certain personal-care items may not be eligible for return once opened.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you received an item that was damaged or defective, please reach out with a photo and your order details. We’ll be happy to help make it right with either a replacement or another suitable solution.
