Refund & Returns Policy
At The Pueblo Poppy, your satisfaction means everything to us. We want every product to bring a little more calm and comfort to your day — and if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Our Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Because many of our products are bath, body, and personal care items, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products for health and hygiene reasons.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used bath and body products
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company — processing times vary. If you’ve done both and still haven’t received it, reach out to us at Support@ThePuebloPoppy.com.
Exchanges We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at Support@ThePuebloPoppy.com.
Gifts If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of the return. If it was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping To initiate a return, contact us first at Support@ThePuebloPoppy.com. We’ll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
